In my role, I have: > Developed a scalable business strategy for executing solar rooftop projects using financial lease structure - decoupling capital investment from depreciation benefit > Conceptualized and developed strategy for entry of electric buses in Indian markets - building financial viability models, conducting field trials and operational viability analyses and thereby submitting proposals to some of the biggest state run transportations in India > Expanded the team from 2 to 9 members in 12 months recruiting from top-tier management institutes
