Built Microsoft’s Azure SRE Agent that automates production incident diagnosis and mitigation, reducing P90 Time-to-Diagnose from 1.5 hours to under 10 minutes.
Built AI-powered Copilot experiences for Dynamics 365 Sales, reducing support tickets by 80% and increasing feature adoption by 1.75×.
