Looked after Technical Service & Process Engineering of Urea process. Engaged in providing process technology related services for the plant. Initiating studies and conducting process audits to evaluate & resolve process plant problems. -Carried out Hydraulic calculations for Pumps, Compressor and Turbine. -Carried out engineering & feasibility study for plant modification projects. -Recommended modification proposals to improve efficiency, capacity, safety, cost/energy savings and technology updates. -Monitoring plant performance through analysis/ review of plant operating data on a daily basis and advises on improvements & optimization of process operations. -Carried out detail analysis of plant/unit tripping, process trouble shooting and machine/ equipment breakdown viz. Pre-failure condition, observations, identifying respective causes of trip/failure incidents (root-cause analysis) and recommending corrective actions to avoid recurrence of problems thus, to reduce breakdown/production loss time.

Perform smooth start-up & shut-down of Urea plant and handling emergency cases. 4. Responsible for maintaining daily task on SAP PP module.

Summer Training on “Natural Wax Recovery from Lotus Plant Leaves using Polar and Non-Polar Solvents" , Significance of wax in human life, different types of solvents and various wax extraction processes like Maceration and Soxhlet Apparatus process, learned about various analysis processes for extracted wax like Thin Layer Chromatography, FTIR and SEM Spectroscopy.
Intern on "Waste to Energy - MSW Management", learned about various types of waste, their treatment techniques like Bioremediation, Incineration, Pyrolysis, Sanitry Landfill and various methods for waste to energy conversion.
Summer Training on "E-waste management", devised multiple E-waste management strategies which are cost and time effective, save labor charges thus tried to improve the condition of waste management by suggesting different ways, and also possible uses of E-waste to be more environment friendly.
