Following M&A Projects Accumulating a great deal of experience in drawing up, revising and making localizations in Turkish law concerning several contracts such as License and Maintenance Contracts, Joint Venture Contracts, Franchise Agreements, Distribution Contracts, Preparing authorized signatory lists, ordinary and extraordinary general meetings of the corporation in such a way to be delibeated under the scope of Corporate Law, joined these meetings by proxy, and when necessary, drew up resolutions of the Board of Directors and counseled them on issues regarding corporate legal entities, Preparing and revising Employment Contracts and Company Policies, submitting opinions and following lawsuits in that respect.
