I'm a Product Manager in the Digital Partnership department at ICICI Bank Ltd. Specializing in building digital customer-centric journeys (end-to-end), and optimising current journeys for seamless user experience. I lead the product - Instant Business Installment Loans (BIL) for the Unsecured asset team, from feature ideation to launch, implementing compliance-regulatory guidelines, driving more traffic, reducing drop-offs and minimising errors on the platform to increasingly contribute to the top line of the company. Rooted in detailed customer and market research, my customer-centric vision guides strategic decisions to ensure pre-approved BIL resonates with the evolving needs of the BankTech world. – Revamped the Pre-approved Personal Loan journey on iMobile and RIB, after in-depth competitive analysis of UI/UX in FinTech industry.
