Hi, I'm Naimeesha! I build products people love, go-to-market engines that actually scale, and communities that turn into movements. Right now, I'm leading Product Strategy, Service Design, and GTM at one of the fastest-growing wealth management firms in the U.S. I've also consulted for Google and other big tech companies and lately, a lot of my work sits at the intersection of product, service design and AI transformation. Outside my day job, I've built two things I'm really proud of: 1) Products by Women — started as a community, grew into a global movement of 20K+ women in tech. Featured in Forbes, Built In, and an Amazon best-seller. 2) Full Ritúal — a wellness brand I bootstrapped from scratch. 200K+ units sold in Year 1, won a Women's Health Fitness Award, got picked up by Target, and eventually exited. I've lived and worked across India, the UK, Canada, and the U.S. — navigated visa transitions (H4 → H1B → EB-1A), career pivots, and all the startup chaos in between.I've also mentored nearly 700+ people on breaking into product, growing globally, and figuring out what they actually want from their careers.
