- Handling overseas product agency processes, product introductions, and trade show marketing. - Coordinating with overseas partners to secure government contracts or large projects, managing contract/service agreements, and tracking project progress. - Vendor matching, understanding both parties' business directions and cooperation strategies, analyzing business opportunities and potential for cooperation.
- GCP (Google Cloud Platform)-related product distribution and system development projects management - Focus on customer relationship management, including regular visits, technical information sharing, monitoring customer satisfaction and providing personalized support/technical solution. - Understand and analyze customer industries/needs, confirm their requirements; assist PM in establishing specifications and design quotations accordingly. - Conduct business communication and negotiation. - Participate in or lead teams to complete designated projects, including supervising business/project progress and coordinating cross-departmental communication. - Engage in the development projects in logistics, retail, and e-commerce industries, etc.
- Conduct review of global 3rd party apps for Play policy compliance and provide developers with corresponding feedback and consultation, in support of Chinese and English languages. - Act as Tier 3 (Top level) agent to cope with certain advanced customer escalations. - Selected to be a specialist to handle relatively intricate cases, ranging from verification of developer’s legitimacy, in-app testing for policy compliance to consecutive mediation between developers and Google FTE. - Assist with global incubation project: Train new joiners from Taipei/Kuala Lumpur/Manila sites. Improve trainees’ work proficiency and policy knowledge with tailored communication and technique.
