Professional Doctoral in Education Administration- Master's degree in Leadership in Education from Liverpool John Moores Univesity- CIDTL from the University of Cambridge. I am currently employed as the Head of EYFS and KS1 (Early Years Foundation Stage and Key Stage 1) at Marvel International School in Egypt. My passion is teaching, encouraging, and motivating young learners to reach their highest potential, as well as guiding and equipping teachers with a variety of teaching tools and techniques to facilitate learning in new and innovative ways for their students and to assist them in becoming lifelong learners. Through training and professional development sessions, I support teachers in strengthening their growth competencies and leading them to excellence. As a leader, my top goals are to establish, develop, and sustain the organisational culture in my work place and to lead teams and lead change effectively in an educational setting.
