I lead a large high-performing team of technologists and support some of Microsoft's top global enterprise customers for APJ/EMEA, helping them unlock the full potential of Microsoft's Cloud, Data & AI ecosystem to transform their businesses. It includes adoption and integration of Azure Data and AI stack including Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, Microsoft Azure Foundry AI platform, Foundry IQ, and more into their existing platforms appropriately by understanding their current estate, strategizing, and architecting new age solutions for true transformation. I love leading a high performing Microsoft Data & AI team and working closely with the customer teams to make their business-critical platforms, both brownfield and greenfield, more intelligent and outcome-driven with Data and AI. It's also a privilege in marshalling a truly global team to co-create solutions following Microsoft High Velocity Engineering practices. I also lead Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) initiative in the Cloud & AI group to collaborate with cross functional groups at Microsoft to form top v-teams that come together to deliver rapid prototypes, innovate further and co-create IP for Microsoft and its esteemed customers!

As Field CTO, strategic Customer Engineering and Solution Architecture leader, advisor, and partner to CXOs, Sr Tech Leaders, and decision makers for the Enterprises (IT Services, Global System Integrators) and Digital Natives. These together form one of the largest segments in APJ/India (multi-million $ business), with large presence in US and EMEA too. I lead Technology & Product Engineering strategy, Migration & Modernization (M & M), Data & AI/ML solutions across key pathways viz., cloud native, open source, managed DBs, data & analytics, and DevOps to help our customers maximize ROI from cloud investments. As a Chapter Area Leader for 120-member strong Platform Engineering, Cloud, and DevOps with oversight for API Mgmt, Security, and IT infra teams, I played a pivotal role in successful completion of a multi-year, transformational "Migrate to Cloud" initiative. I collaborated with Business & Tech leaders and built relevant capabilities and tools for accelerating migration. As the Site Leader for the group, I helped in scaling Cloud Migration & Modernization (M&M) of scores apps & platforms in Fidelity's Enterprise portfolio. I led migration of Application Lifecycle Mgmt/DevOps portfolio and containerized CI/CD apps like Jenkins to improve productivity and experience for the 20k+ strong Developer community across Fidelity leading to significant cost and time savings. I contributed to building a 150+ member strong team across multiple locations including US. I delivered many of our global initiatives from the India GCC, including building a CoE for Cloud, Data & AI, and DevOps. I led my team in building relevant target state architectures for various use cases, and shared best practices in the set up and usage of cloud services. I led FinOps from India and collaborated globally that led to significant savings in cloud costs. As part of ECC Leadership team, I sponsored various other programs including Training & Certifications for our group in partnership with AWS and Azure that helped in building advanced cloud and AI skills in-house and reduced dependency on vendors in our migration/modernization initiative. I implemented an automation-first strategy, and built a strong DevOps culture across the org, apart from implementing Cloud Data & Security services based industry standards. I collaborated with organizations across the industry and was a key note speaker at many major events including DevOpsCon Singapore, India Cloud Summit, CII Cloud Summit, DevOps World Summit by CloudBees, etc that created a great visibility for Fidelity to attract top talent from the market.
In my role as a General Manager, I established global team of Directors, Program Managers, Principal Architects and Engineers from 30 to 150+ in Platform Engineering, Cloud and DevOps, executing projects for Fortune 500 customers as well as internally for LTIMindtree. Through strategic planning and structured execution of programs, I had set new benchmarks in software development, operational excellence, and project delivery by supporting major IGs(Industry Groups)/BUs. • I spearheaded establishment of Global Practices for 1/ Platform Engineering and 2/ Cloud, AI/ML & DevOps, contributed ~$40M in direct revenue while influenced another $120M+ through large deals and enablement of GTM and Pre-Sales teams. Played a significant role in LTIMindtree achieving its first $1B revenue back in 2019. • I successfully led innovative, automation platforms like CAPE (for DevOps pipelines), created AI Chatbots, led Data & Analytics platforms, and more. These engineering efforts created a long-term impact and enabled Mindtree's esteemed customers succeed in their Digital transformation initiatives. • I also played a key role in driving my team's career growth and expertise while contributing to hiring and retaining top talent. • Maintained P&L appropriately and delivered great ROI throughout both from business and people investments • Contributed to LTIMindtree to become a premier partner AWS, Azure, and GCP while also strengthening its relations with others. • Collaborating with x-functional teams and leaders, I have set up CoEs for Cloud and DevOps. Provided leadership to the Enterprise AMS and SRE teams too. • Implemented product-based operating model through modern software engineering principles including 12-Factor App, Cloud, Microservices, Containers, DevOps, and SRE. • As a representative of LTIMindtree and a member of NASSCOM GIC, I regularly contributed to the technical community through Keynotes and technical workshops.
