Leading global operations to fulfill Al Dahra’s strategic roles and objectives while maintaining growth despite international and local agricultural challenges. Success was achieved by remodeling global production, operations, UAE business-to-government (B2G) segments and launching UAE retail operations to minimize risks and maximize opportunities realization for Al Dahra. The operations portfolio included 15+ factories worldwide, global logistics with 110K TEUs per annum, and total volumes of 2 million MT.
This position revolved around engaging with stakeholders, strategizing for market expansion, and meeting evolving demands. Duties included: • Collaborating with the Feed division team to maintain positive stakeholder relationships, as well as coordinating efforts across business units and stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality delivery schedules in line with customers contractual requirements. • Developing and extending new sales strategies for forage and other feed ingredient trading and distribution . as part of the GTM [Go-To-Market] program. • Strengthening and cultivating relationships with current and potential clients . • Proposing and implementing new feed formulas tailored to meet the substantial demand of international clients.
Duties included: Overseeing the company’s financial budget for operations. Collaborating on the expansion of the Feed division, specifically in Europe, South America, and Asia Pacific.
Duties included: Implementing inventory management systems to document and manage stock across product lines and locations, ensuring strategic stock levels and managing supply orders from different business entities.
