• General Director and Production Manager of Olive Oil Factory(Zayt) • Head of Sanitary Planning Section • Director of Sanitary Planning Department • Advisor for Program Manager and decision maker; • Program Co-ordinator; • Project Engineer (management, monitoring and evaluation) during planning and designing phases. • Senior Site Engineer: supervision, monitor and control the project execution and implementation • Public Relation Officer for Design and Construction Projects as well; • Good in preparing and writing of proposals, progress reports, term of references (TOR), request for proposals (RFP), • Good in preparing designs and all tender documents (General and especial conditions, technical specifications, drawings and Bill of Quantities) as well. • Good in preparing plans, schemes, packages, schedules and budges, • Familiar in all tendering steps and awarding processes • Good in evaluation bids and preparing evaluation reports; • Excellent in communication, coordination and interpersonal skills to solve the interest of conflict with landowners, local Ministries and Municipalities, NGO’s, and donors missions as well. • Familiar with the procedure of legal land surveying and construction permits. • Familiar with the way of thinking of Local Society and local Authorities. • Familiar and understand of water and wastewater issues in both West Bank and Gaza Strip. • Ready to travel between the West Bank cities and Gaza Strip as well. and also ready to travel internationally; • Ready to work long hours in the office or/and in the field. • Ready to work individually and/or part of team; • Familiar with most of Donor regulations, international firms, NGOs rules, also local contractors as well. • I have valid private driving licence
Design, O&M, WWTP, Booster Station, Reuse
The factory building area is about 1000 m2 over 9000 m2. The building consist of two floor, the first floor has 30 stainless steel tanks of total storage of about 600,000 Kg of olive oil, the second floor, has the filling machines and the storages of glass bottles. Actually, I start as a construction manager since the building was under construction. However, at the beginning of year 2008, the building was ready and I installed the machines.
PWA is in charge of all water and wastewater issue all over the West Bank and Gaza Strip as well. therefore, I am in charge to corrdinate with donors like AFD, KFW and others. preparing reports, planning, designs, tender documents, and any other issues.
