Duties & Responsibilities • Reporting to Local MD & Regional Financial Controller. • Controlling the performance of the department, setting Key Performance Indicators, and ensuring that the set plans and programs achieve the desired objectives. • Managing the financial assets and resources of the company and its subsidiaries through continuously reviewing and recommending assets utilization and cost reduction practices. • Preparing financial statement and financial analysis & Adheres to internal and external deadlines. • Leading the budgeting and forecasting processing and analysis the variances in a monthly basis. • Prepare month / yearend closing and report it to HQ in Vienna. • Responsible of proper implementation of cost system and financial system as well. • Coordinate with the external/internal auditors. • Familiarity of accounting standard and keeping up to date with IAS, IFRS, and ensure compliance in area of relevance impact to companies in relation to accounting practices and regulatory bodies. • Ensure compliance with defined accounting procedures and guidelines. • Develop, implement, modify, and document recordkeeping and accounting systems, making use of current ERP system. • Maintained all aspects of general ledger including month-end closing and accruals and analysis of general ledger accounts • Preparing a due payment file in foreign currency to prepare hedging deals; to reduce any substantial losses • Determines proper handling of financial transactions and approves transactions within designated limits • Supervises the completion of income and sales tax reporting requirements (including income, property, sales and use, payroll and other local taxes), insurance reports and other reports required by government regulation • Establish customer credit lines and set up credit accounts with vendors • Closely maintains and monitors the fixed assets system • Manage the team and provide leadership to them • Utilize teamwork to develop departmental synergy
