I am an international Chief Human Resources Officer with over 20 years of senior HR and executive leadership experience across the United States and Germany, partnering with CEOs and executive teams to align people strategy with business performance. My background spans manufacturing, workforce solutions, and services, where I have led enterprise-wide HR strategies in complex, regulated environments.
