My working experience has largely been related to finance in the various organisations where I have been employed. In summary, I have been previously employed at Feltex Automotive Industries, Liberty Life Head Office , Investec Private Bank and IUA Business Solutions. I held the following positions: Accounts clerk, Pension fund administrator, Senior finance officer, Assistant Accountant and Cash book Administrator. My responsibilities in the various positions entailed the following: debtors, creditors, wages, cash books, general ledger recons and related cash management duties. The aforementioned work experience has enabled me to work fluidly in a finance environment. During my employment at the various companies, I have also gained the following computer skills: MS Word, MS Excel, CATS, JDE, Pastel Evolution and various other in-house systems. As far as IT systems are concerned, I am able to learn and adapt quickly and am therefore able to apply myself productively in a short period of time without supervision. I consider the following attributes and traits to be my strong points: work with minimal supervision, can cope with deadlines and pressure, work accurately, I work well in a team environment, display flexibility and solution focused.
