I am a result driven administrator with a solid background in end-to-end office administration. This includes for filling office support functions and was previously employed as the administrative executive for a global voluntary professional body, the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Sub-Saharan Africa (SSA). A positive attitude, with a key focus on customer experience, collaboration and a deadline driven work ethic are the skills that I bring into the work environment.
My responsibilities involved directly supporting the Regional Manager for South Africa, on boarding new members and supporting existing members with updates and queries. From an internal perspective I handled the operational administration of RICS SSA. A core function of the role was retention of existing members and membership growth. I also supported the Professional Services Manager in delivering and maintaining the customer service strategy. I played an integral support role at the annual RICS conference which hosted both local and international delegates.
