Directed the New Maternity Hospital Project, a 782-bed facility, on behalf of the Ministry of Public Works. Strengthened stakeholder engagement by aligning medical equipment planning with operational and financial objectives. Reduced costly rework by 15% through structured coordination processes and compliance. Advised on integrating medical equipment specifications into construction design, enhancing operational efficiency. Reviewed hospital design plans through technical overviews of CAD and Revit drawings, ensuring instruction proceeds as intended by utilizing healthcare regulations including NFPA, HTM, FGI, and ANSI standards; discovered reports, and addressed all potential issues related to healthcare operations and equipment function.
