Currently, I lead Business Operations & Strategy for Huspy/Wiyyana in Saudi Arabia, where I have worked on the market launch and scale-up of the business - building the operating model, commercial processes, agent network, performance systems and local-to-global product feedback loop. My career has been built around launching, scaling and transforming operations. Before Saudi Arabia, I led operations for a battery-recycling technology startup across the Middle East and Europe, worked in industrial management consulting, and managed major industrial programs at FORVIA/Faurecia. This gives me a combination of startup execution and multinational operating discipline, with experience across strategy, commercial operations, market entry, transformation, product operations and team leadership. I hold an International MBA from IE Business School, where I ranked in the top 10% of my cohort. Based in Riyadh. Native Arabic speaker, bilingual in English and French.
