I am a development professional, researcher, and capacity-building specialist with more than 30 years of experience in public sector reform, higher education, human resource development, policy research, project management, and organizational development. Holding a Ph.D. in Human Resource Development, I have dedicated my career to strengthening institutions, developing human capital, and promoting evidence-based decision-making. Currently, I serve as Director at the Pakistan Institute of Development Economics (PIDE), where I lead initiatives related to capacity building, stakeholder engagement, research dissemination, and organizational development. Throughout my career, I have worked closely with government organizations, academia, development partners, and the corporate sector to design and implement programs that improve performance, governance, and service delivery. My expertise includes training and development, monitoring and evaluation, people analytics, project management, policy analysis, and institutional strengthening. I have successfully managed development projects, conducted research and surveys, developed strategic frameworks, and delivered executive training programs for diverse audiences. I am passionate about contributing to inclusive and sustainable development through research, capacity building, and collaborative partnerships. I believe that empowering people, strengthening institutions, and creating opportunities for marginalized groups—particularly women and youth—are essential for achieving meaningful and lasting socioeconomic progress.
