* Building a healthy active network of partners that help achieving vendor’s targets. * Plan and set loyalty program for our partners. * Plan and set partner program for products who do not have global partner program. * Helping in the implementation and execution of the Sales Plan. * Being responsible for partner’s awareness and readiness for the products we sell. * Generate and maintain a credible forecast and pipeline for partners and provide this information on a regular basis to Senior Management. * Delivering sales presentations to our partners. * Attending partner’s meetings. * Preparing sales quotations for partners. * Being responsible for the warehouse movement and monitoring. * Coordinating logistics with the logistics company. * Completing all work activities on our ERP.
Prepare stock report for hardware. Responsible for internal process for all orders. Handling all processes between Cairo/Alexandria warehouses. Prepare POS report for all hardware orders and send it to Vendor. Responsible for NTRA Approvals. Responsible for following up with Head managers from other departments to deliver pending orders. Responsible for following up big partners payment collections Responsible for Organizing Official Training and Events (Food & Beverages, instructors Schedules, Giveaways, setup hall ... etc). Responsible for Vendor’s flight tickets and hotel reservations

Coordinate with vendors, exhibitors and stakeholders during event planning Create and distribute event listing pages on social media websites Manage event set up, tear down and follow-ups Establish standardized event procedures and train staff into properly executing them Build and adhere to an event budget to avoid project overruns Track event key performance areas and identify items to work on for future events
Visit companies and businesses to sell industrial equipment for mechanical uses. Check out existing equipment and recommend upgrades or replacements. Perform product demonstrations, installations, and application support. Improve product knowledge and sales techniques. Talks with customers on sales floor or by phone. Take orders and deliver products. Estimate date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of manufacturing department’s production and delivery schedules. Arrange for repairs as needed. Manage and develop new customers, while maintaining existing sales within assigned customers and a given sales territory. Develop a daily/weekly call list and maintain information accuracy monthly. Review daily sales reports. Review monthly the best monitoring sales report with management to determine if goals and objectives are being met.
