Help customers understand and optimize their Licensing needs and help understand their transition to the Cloud
-Driving annuity growth in assigned territories. -Ensuring customer adoption of annuity and next generation licensing options. -Accelerating customer migration to the Cloud ( Azure , O365...) by acting as a subject matter expert on Microsoft’s cloud strategy, evangelizing its benefits to all customers. -Identify strategies to take share from Microsoft’s top competitors(Oracle,Google,Salesforce...) -Driving Microsoft’s relationship with partners and customers to trusted advisor status and building relationships with key executives -Teaching and coaching Partners how they can effectively close deals.
-Selling Oracle's Core Technology product line including Engineered Systems, Enterprise Database Software, Cloud , Fusion Middleware, Business Intelligence, Security, Enterprise Management Tools, Disaster Recovery, High Availability and Performance Solutions. -Proactively generated sales opportunities within established and under-penetrated Oracle customer accounts by identifying customer challenges, pain points, and initiatives along with effectively messaging Oracle unique value and strategy. -Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning. Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application. -Participate in the development, presentation and sales of a value proposition. -Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale. -Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third party influencers.
