- Responsible for the management and supervision of all Academic courses and programs required to satisfy the training requirements at Al Zaeem Air Academy (AA). - Accountable for ensuring that the AA follows the requirements regarding delivery of Academic programs. - In concert with the OC Education define and monitor the required quality and standard of training given by all Academics (Ground School Instructors, Air course Instructors and Bachelor Thesis Teacher). - Ensure Training policies and processes are suitable for tasks and requirements. - Communicate/promote policies, procedures and standards throughout the Education Wing. - Ensure that all Academic training documentation, manuals and courseware are fit for purpose and meet the requirements. - Manage the Academics for the development of the training course materials. - Monitor the progress of students/trainees. - Ensure that all Academic training data are collected and progress reports are completed in accordance with AA requirements. - Ensure the development, design of the subjects/contents in accordance with the students’ field of studies. - Ensure that Academics are assisting students through their academic subjects’ preparation and are tracking their progress. - Maintain on-going communication with AMU, AA departments, Academic Officers, instructors and students to ensure they are successfully completing the deliverables. - Lead the development of academic quality policies and ensure the implementation and the continuous improvement of the Academic program. - Conduct syllabus reviews to ensure content is current and relevant and meets quality standards. - Coordinate the ISO 9001: 2015 QMS accreditation process of the AA. - Lead internal auditors to meet the AA quality requirements. - Participate in hiring and developing the academic staff and provide professional development support and perform periodic performance reviews for all academic staff.
Responsible for the management and supervision of Theoretical Knowledge Training courses and programs required to satisfy the training requirements at Al Zaeem Air Academy. In concert with the OC Education defining and monitoring the required quality and standard of training given by the Ground School Instructors (GSIs). Ensuring Training policies and processes are suitable for tasks and requirements. Communicating/promoting policies, procedures and standards throughout the Ground School Department. Ensuring that all Ground training documentation, manuals and courseware are fit for purpose and meet the requirements. Managing the GSIs for the development of the training course materials. Monitoring the progress of students/trainees. Ensuring that all theoretical knowledge training forms and progress reports are completed in accordance with Al Zaeem Air Academy requirements. Ensuring that quality procedures are established and implemented. Coordinate the ISO 9001: 2015 QMS accreditation process of the Air Academy. Work closely with all departments to prepare for the ISO external audits. Ensure data collected for external audits are accurate. Propose to the Project/Quality manager the establishment of the quality objectives. Ensure the implementation of processes in all departments. Ensure that the Quality Plan covers the overall necessary arrangements to comply with the ISO standard, SOPs and contracts. Prepare the annual audit plan and coordinate the audit activities with all departments to secure resources needed to evaluate programs and conduct internal audits. Assure follow up of audit findings to ensure adequacy and timeliness of correction. Prepare the report for internal audits, analyse the non-conformities find the root causes and propose action plan to prevent the risks. Manage and lead internal auditors to meet the Al Zaeem Air Academy quality requirements.

Ensure satisfactory integration of training, theoretical knowledge instruction, flying instruction, synthetic flight instruction and supervise the progress of students. Ensure the upkeep of adequate professional standards of the instructors in coordination with the CFI, CSFI & CGI. Responsible of the Training, testing, monitoring and maintaining the proficiency standards of all ground and flight instructors in coordination with the CFI, CSFI and CGI. Propose the establish training syllabi and check forms for all required training and checks. Responsible for the management of the Quality & Safety System, monitoring function and requesting corrective actions. Responsible of the development, administration and maintenance of the effective SQMS. Analyzing management performance and providing an overview, Design, distribution, control and revision of the OM, QM, TM, SMS Manual and MOE Manual. Manage and coordinate a team of internal auditors. Motivate all the staff to adhere to Safety & Quality Management System. Ensure the implementation and compliance with the SQMS . Train technicians and managers in Safety Management System (SMS). .
Ensure the preventive maintenance of the equipments (5 axis CNC machines, Laser cutting machine, 12 axis Bending Machine, High pressure Injection machines, thermoforming machines...). Ensure the curative and corrective maintenance of the machines (repair in workshop, emergency reaction to the breakdowns...). Manage and follow the contracts of subcontracting (Coordinate the interventions of the external companies). Ensure the validation and the application of the maintenance contracts Provide coaching and facilitation of maintenance teams.
