Having a solid technical background with 20 years of experience in the ICT domain; I was a Software engineer and team leader for 7 years and then a Project Manager for the past 8 years. My academic certification was assessed and approved by Engineers Australia. I have been managing several complex outsourcing projects at a time and monitoring their different aspects while delivering output and respecting their stringent deadlines and critical paths. I gained experience in managing various technical projects and teams across different offshore offices and cultures. I believe that my combined engineering and software development know how, management and business analysis and strategy skills strongly contribute to the success and on time delivery of the projects I work on and efficiently optimise the various processes in order to have transparent and prompt communication to all the projects stakeholders.

- Set up the software architecture, the coding best practices and the tools used across all the company projects - Lead the development of all the company revenue generating projects. - Designed, developed and implemented a complete multi user and multi-location desktop accounting and stock management system. This software has an eCommerce web interface for online ordering and payment. It is still being used after 10 years with minimal maintenance - Set up the architecture and implemented a complete solution of a printing press which starts with an online order, printing the ordered book till the packaging and shipping of the package along with a delivery tracking code. - Proposed, designed, developed and implemented a micro payment system based on a phone and a web interface. It gives the user access to protected web areas after dialing and getting a code from a voice server. This system resulted in a direct increase of 50% in revenue - Built many groups of interrelated eCommerce sites related to law, sports and ancient artifacts integrated with multiple secure payments gateways. Applied SEO and SEM which boosted them to higher Google ranks and displayed them on the top of the search results - Created a number of miscellaneous tools that were plugged to different sites (User tracking system, Online chat support, Polling system, Publishing CV and employment offers online, Forum, Banner system)
