Demostrated experience working in fast-paced, evolving environments, previously working as a Content Lead as a Montreal-based HRtech startup where I crafted UX flows and a series of articles revolving around employer branding, candidate sourcing, the candidate experience, and the art of talent acquisition.
Acted as Lead Copywriter for the Vela Startup, where I crafted UX flows & content, communication templates, industry articles, thought pieces, and the Complete Guide to Talent Acquisition Handbook. This role included substantial cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Design, Product, and Marketing in order to achieve optimal content strategies and implementation. Naturally, working in a small startups came with a lot of learning experiences and having to wear many hats, which further honed my capacity to work in fast-paced environments and achieve continual learning.
