I have deep experience in Leadership Development, Leadership Assessment and Executive Coaching (ICF PCC), underpinned by academic background in Psychology and technical and entrepreneurial business experience. I have worked with leaders on Diversity and Inclusion topics and cross-cultural influencing, particularly as local leaders in a multi-national environment. I have worked with clients across APAC, Middle East and Africa, from a variety of sectors, including Pharma, FMCG, Technology and Financial Services. I enjoy building trusted relationships with leaders, sitting with the complexity of the challenges they bring to coaching and helping them gain insight into their leadership development and identify ways to accelerate it. I am skilled in helping them to see their blind spots, own them and overcome them. I use psychometric tools (Hogan, Firo-B) and 360 feedback to facilitate talent developmental conversations with leaders, teams, line managers and stakeholders. I have experience consulting to HR business partners on talent strategy, recruitment and onboarding. I am also experienced in designing and delivering talent programs, including special focus on leadership development, resilience, culture change and diversity and inclusion. This includes measuring programme success and generating insights for future development. Earlier in my career I have held a number of roles in technology companies, including computer programming (Java certified, SCRUM certified), project management, operations management and product management.
