I'm a finance professional who brings structure, clarity, and reliable execution to international, growth-oriented companies. I thrive in environments where processes need to scale and where clear communication and trust drive performance. I take ownership and lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects across international entities. In my current role, I oversee group controlling, FP&A, and BI activities across four entities. Recent deliveries: launching the US entity end-to-end (ERP rollout, finance, logistics, and IC setup), implementing LucaNet for group consolidation, and leading a BI team that supports reliable management reporting. For three quarters, I served on the Executive Team until our CFO joined. People rely on me for structure in fast-moving environments, rigor on data, and direct communication. I build trust quickly and enjoy turning complexity into simple, workable processes - whether that means cleaner data, faster reporting cycles, or sharper decisions. I am focused on continuously developing the skills and judgment needed to take on broader finance and leadership responsibilities over time. Tools: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (implementation and project lead), Power BI (team lead), LucaNet (implementation lead), Agicap, advanced Excel.
