I am a Junior Data Scientist at Genomate Health Hungary, where we personalize cancer treatments with deterministic artificial intelligence. My academic background is neuroinformatics, I am an info-bionics engineer by training. I am especially interested in the field of medical device solutions. I consider myself as a good problem solver, who is open to acquire new knowledge and skills. In my personal life, I am a hungarian folk dancer, musician, obsessed with outdoor activities - such as alpine trekking.
Our team was investigating thalamic slow brain oscillations in anesthetized rats and mice, on high density invasive electrophysiological recordings. My responsibility was to develop the data analysing codes and evaluate the results. This project required creative individual work, making use of programming- and statistical data analysis skills.
I was planning and conducting molecular cloning of a postsynaptic protein domain, as well as its biotechnological production.
