Teaching Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot fundamentals at the Turkish-German University — covering low-code application development, workflow automation, data analytics, and AI-powered productivity tools. The course bridges enterprise practice with academic foundations, preparing students for roles in digital transformation, business analysis, and citizen development.
Serving on the Supervisory Board of TBD — the Turkish Informatics Association, established in 1971 and Türkiye's longest-standing professional body in the IT field. Contributing to the governance and oversight of the association's strategic activities, including its programs in digital policy, professional development, and the IT ecosystem in Türkiye.
Member of the Digitalization and Artificial Intelligence Committee at DİSÜDER (Digital and Sustainable Future Association) — contributing to discussions, initiatives, and thought leadership on the responsible adoption of AI and digital technologies in Türkiye's evolving sustainability agenda.
Led the digital transformation function at Coşkunöz Holding, building and scaling the holding's automation and low-code capabilities from the ground up. Managed a department of 22 professionals across operating companies. Outcomes over 3 years: → 90 RPA projects delivered across the holding → 46 Microsoft Power Platform applications designed, built, and deployed → $1M+ in net financial benefit generated through automation and process digitalization → 20 FTE equivalent capacity unlocked through workflow automation This work shaped the methodology, team-building approach, and conviction that later became the foundation of IBA Consultancy.
