Spearheaded the development, construction, and commissioning of large-scale gasification plants focused on producing carbon-negative 'green hydrogen' and renewable natural gas derived from forestry and agricultural waste. Orchestrated the leadership role in international project development and construction, overseeing the entire commercial procedure, as well as managing the licensing and technology transfer process involving various vendors and Yosemite Clean Energy.

Leading the initiatives for gasification plants on a global scale. Notably, I spearheaded the development of biomass gasification Combined Heat and Power (CHP) plants in Thailand and Japan, aimed at producing carbon-neutral electricity and thermal power using forestry and agricultural waste. Serving as the Managing Director of Guessing Renewable Energy in Dubai, where I successfully oversaw the development of biomass gasification CHP plants, focusing on generating carbon-neutral electricity and thermal power from palm tree waste and industrial waste wood. Serving as key role in the development of Fuel Cells and Vanadium-Redox-Flow Batteries. My responsibilities included leading the demonstration of a micro-grid utilizing stationary fuel cell systems powered by renewable natural gas derived from forestry and agricultural waste wood chips.
Orchestrated the coordination of EU requirements between Asian production facilities and their suppliers. Strategically planned and executed the expansion into new markets in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) and the Baltic Countries. Spearheaded the seamless integration of these new markets into the existing organization, encompassing the development, implementation, and maintenance of subsidiary locations.
Led the planning and market entry of Samsung brands into the European market. Established and managed European test markets. Facilitated technology transfer and knowledge management between Samsung Korea's head office and the European operations.
