I provide individual psychotherapy for adults, offering sessions in both Greek and English. My approach is grounded in existential psychotherapy, supporting clients as they navigate everyday challenges, emotional distress, identity concerns, and the search for meaning. I strive to create a reflective and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their experiences and cultivate greater self-awareness and agency. I am currently undergoing a four-year accredited training program in existential psychotherapy at Gignesthai – The Hellenic Society for Existential Psychology . This training enriches my practice and ensures adherence to professional and ethical standards through regular clinical supervision.
