Within Investment Services – Advisory: - Assist clients (Asset Managers and Alternative Investment Fund Managers) in the registration and maintenance of their funds in international cross-border jurisdictions: scope of 60+ funds (UCITs, AIFs, ELTIFs) domiciled in France, Luxembourg and Ireland, and authorised for distribution in a multitude of EU and non-EU host countries - Advise clients in order to ensure the management of their funds by guaranteeing compliance with regulations, in particular when specificities shall apply - Liaise closely on a daily basis with financial regulators, lawyers, clients and third-party service providers to enable the progress of on-going projects while respecting very tight deadlines - Regulatory watch: research on cross-border notification procedures in EU and non-EU countries and publication of News Flash on KPMG’s website - Strong client facing and relationship (clients based in Paris, London and Luxembourg): Maintaining our highest quality client service by demonstrating availability, speed, accuracy and respect of priorities on a daily basis (in particular during rush periods or occurrence of emergencies) Preparation/transmission of the agenda and active participation in bi-monthly client meetings in order to present the progress of on-going projects in the Pipeline and discuss any additional topics (not a part of the business as usual) - High team spirit and work: Close collaboration and communication with my hierarchy for the execution of our daily tasks with a common objective being to deliver maximum and personalized quality for our clients
Within Chief of Staff Team - Client Delivery - Business Implementation (BI): - Monthly Key Performance Indicators reporting on various projects in progress for Top Management: consolidating, summarizing and verifying collected information - Financial monitoring for BI Worldwide: scope of 600 employees and 18 locations in a context of strong pressure on costs and headcounts from BNP Top Management Headcounts monitoring: consolidating then justifying the monthly differences, focus on external contracts Expenses analysis for the 18 locations - Communication to employees: Preparing 2 annual forums of 600 employees over 4 sessions Creating an intranet dedicated to the community: "BI ACADEMY" - Monitoring of a transformation project in the KYC (Know Your Client) field: Activity transfer from Luxembourg to Lisbon following the implementation of a common tool within BNP Paribas Group: 2,100 files, 16 impacted employees, management of a taskforce for data migration - Improving the production process and implementing new practices with the concerned teams via Workshops and Brainstormings

- Reporting in several formats: production of annual and semi-annual reports for various investment funds: preparing Skeletons (corresponding to the Word parts of the reports), importing Scripts (corresponding to the data), launching reports, facing/solving possible bugs - Verifying reports (using KNEIP’s detailed checklist and 4-eyes check principle) before delivering to clients - Modifying drafts on clients’ demand following their comments - Use of data management software (Co-Reporter and Excel)
