Myra Wallace-Walker is a trailblazing fashionpreneur, award-winning designer, and published author whose influence spans fashion, business, and community leadership. A Southern California native, Myra made history in 1995 as the first African American woman to launch a specialty-size menswear line with her Compton-based manufacturing company, Woven Integrity, LLC, introducing MKO Man, a Big & Tall collection that broke industry norms. She is the CEO of Myra Walker Enterprises, overseeing multiple fashion ventures under the Myra Wallace Collection, and serves as Executive Director of the Midwest Apparel Creatives Foundation (MACF)—a nonprofit fostering economic impact, workforce development, and creative opportunity throughout the Midwest. Myra also sits on the Retail/Fashion Advisory Board for California’s Junior Colleges and partners strategically with the Collective Empowerment Group. Myra’s professional journey includes producing high-profile runway shows, publishing the inspirational magazine Beauty Come Forth, and authoring two books: Beauty Come Forth and The Business Mogul Matrix. Her leadership has earned accolades such as Designer of the Year (2016), Woman of the Year by the For You Network (2010), and a community service recognition from President Barack Obama (2011).
