- Support and handling for network solutions, design, implementation, and migration - Prepare HLD, LLD, and MOP for setting up the IPRAN project, DC project and migration. - Troubleshooting and providing solutions for customer complaints related to network and device issues. - Effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and customers to provide solutions that meet their requirements. - Expertise with protocols such as ISIS, BGP, MPLS (L2VPN/L3VPN), Unified MPLS, SR-MPLS, SRv6, EVPN, IPsec, and more.
- Design and plan network infrastructure to ensure the highest standard of availability and reliability. - Configure and tune ISP's transit link/IPLC link using BGP attributes and policy statements. - Perform tuning for local MPLS backbone and IGW backbone to enhance user performance with COS - and load balancing. - Maintain and migrate Data Center networks, including both Control and Data Networks. - Perform planned maintenance to ensure optimal network performance and maintain network documentation, including diagrams, procedures, and configurations. - Provide support as a Core Tier-2 network escalation engineer for 24/7 Core ISP DC operations. - Expertise in protocols: TCP/IP, OSPF, ISIS, BGP, MP-BGP, MPLS, VPLS, VLAN, VXLAN, IPsec, HSRP, VRRP, STP, and more.
