I’m an enthusiastic public service professional with a background in Recreation and Leisure Studies (BA) and Master of Public Administration (MPA), both from California State University, Long Beach. My experience spans community programming, event coordination, and public sector engagement - centered around building inclusive, vibrant spaces for people to connect, grow, and thrive. I believe in the power of parks, recreation, and civic intiatives to strengthen communities. In the City of Tustin, I oversee the Adult Sports programming and operations of Tustin Sports Park. I serve as the event coordinator for key youth and family events, including Tustin Youth Track Meet and Tustin Movies in the Park. In addition to year-round programming, I lead the logistics and operational planning of Tustin’s major regional events such as, Tustin Street Fair and Chili Cook-Off and Tustin Tiller Days - each drawing thousands of attendees and requiring close coordination across departments, vendors, and community partners. My role in Tustin combines public engagement, logistical oversight, and strategic planning, all with the goal of creating community through memorable, impactful experiences.
