I’m Mykola, Chief Engineer at FullsendSecurity and a passionate product builder. My goal is complex and simple at the same time—to build a successful startup from scratch. I’ve pursued this all my life and love it—so if you share the same spirit, let’s connect. Before FullsendSecurity, I was the first employee and Lead Architect at ROQ (Flash Ventures–backed), where I designed the platform from scratch, steered it through several pivots, and ultimately built an AI‑powered pipeline that has spun up 10,000+ B2B SaaS projects on GitHub. I love the zero‑to‑one stage, pairing deep technical expertise with sharp product instincts to turn big ideas into real‑world impact. Every day I wake up and go to bed with the same thoughts—product, startups, changing the world for the better. If you’re excited about where AI can take cybersecurity (or any space that needs rapid, resilient innovation), let’s connect and explore what we can build together.
Build end-to-end tech and product closely with CPO for 2 in-house cybersecurity startups. Person responsible for any line of code, any technical and most of product decisions. #1 product is currently in GTM stage (user feedback, iterations...) #2 product is driving from concept to MVP (first lines of codes, experiments)
Building tomorrow's tech society with cultural diversity: 2hearts is a community of people with immigration backgrounds from the tech scene (founders, investors, top executives) with the mission to empower great talent with immigration backgrounds to enrich Europe`s tech economy.
Built tech and product of a developer-oriented startup closely with the CTO as a founding engineer and then as Lead Architect. VC backed business. Played a key role in architecting the system on the technical and product side from ground zero. Wrote most of the codebase, reviewed and guided 100% of it. Supported the public community, guided the core development team, and wrote code every day—did all of this with a smile and great passion for developer-oriented products. Iterated over the product during our go-to-market, trying different approaches: 1. Headless APIs for building SaaS applications to avoid rebuilding common features each time - Delivered the first version of the product within a year, focusing on APIs for Mailing, Notifications, Authentication, Workflow Builder, File Management, User Chat, and Access Management (RBAC) - Delivered an open-source template application, showcasing integration of APIs and serving as a good baseline for B2B2C SaaS businesses - Delivered auto-generatable SDKs for APIs using GraphQL as the main technology 2. Embedded UI components for SaaS applications - Delivered a UI components library wrapping our APIs 3. SaaS application generatable with AI - During the first months after the OpenAI hype, we decided to change product direction toward applications generated with AI - We delivered generatable B2B2C SaaS applications, taking several prompts and a bit of fine-tuning over the data model and UI as input - 10,000+ generated SaaS applications with our AI tooling, most still public on GitHub: https://github.com/orgs/roq-ai/repositories
Built the startup’s tech from scratch for a marketing‑automation platform, working closely with the CPO. Bootstrapped business. Designed a flexible architecture that supports fast iteration based on user feedback, including: • A state machine for automating diverse marketing activities • Multi‑tenancy support to reduce infrastructure costs and enable pivots to new ICPs • An in‑app real‑time chat connecting customers with marketing teams in a B2B2C setup
Built various MVPs for founders and tools/products for bootstrapped or pre-seed startups. The way I work - owning tech end-to-end, proposing my view/ideas on product directions, understanding the end user, business needs and available resources - always opened to any industry, any country and early stage. Was top 1% of software engineers on Upwork. Here are some products I have built from scratch and in most cases as solo-developer: - SaaS video‑player platform (Fancify, Canada-based bootstrapped business) – Designed and shipped a green‑field product in several months that lets customers embed fully personalized video‑player UI component. Owned UI/UX, architecture and code - Route‑optimization service (US-based bootstrapped business) – Implemented a Traveling Salesman Problem solver that slashed route‑planning time for logistics clients. Helped a person with nice new mathematical ideas to implement algorithm on scale, test it on different datasets and compare to current solutions - Real‑estate software (Isle of Man based, bootstrapped business by local consultancy OsarServices) – Delivered an end‑to‑end property‑management system tailored to local regulations and workflows. Followed RESO standards for data management in real estate. - Facilities‑management suite (Norway, local business Sikkerhetskompaniet AS) – Built internal tools for scheduling and tracking camera, door, and key installations in large commercial buildings, integrating IoT data streams. - NYC parking‑ticket payment app (New York, bootstrapped business) – Created a web service that streamlines fine lookup and checkout for drivers. The official website of NYC had many problems (mobile unfriendly, no payment providers support) - so city required a better solution. - Instagram mosaic app (Saudi Arabia, software for local shopping mall) – Developed an event‑marketing tool that turns live Instagram posts into dynamic image mosaics to boost attendee engagement.
