Hired on with Cahill as the Controller in 2010. Promoted to and began functioning as Chief Financial Officer in January 2013. Responsible for all functions related to Accounting, including in house payroll preparation, Finance, labor and insurance compliance and I.T. Retired 3/15/2024. Set up a Contractor Controlled Insurance Program (CCIP) primary to provide commercial general liability and pollution coverage for both Cahill and the subcontractors on a number of Cahill projects. The CCIP also provides additional services for project owners in that the management and deductible risk for the entire program and any potential claim is provided without the owner's involvement during construction and over the tail period, usually 10 years. Within the first 2 years of the program, limits of coverage totalled $177,000,000. Completed the research, purchase and implementation of VIewpoint Software which is being used as an ERP throughout the Company, moving from Timberline software that was used exclusively by the Accounting Department. Part of a small team that transitioned the 3rd generation company, Cahill Contractors, Inc. to a 4th generation company, Cahill Contractors LLC. Operations for Cahill Contractors LLC began on May 1, 2016. With our CEO, purchased Cahill Construction Services, Inc. our related party tool rental company, effective January 1, 2018.
