During the 15 years of employment with the University, I had the privilege to oversee, formulate and drive numerous strategic initiatives, include: student recruitment (at both UG and PG level), establish partnership and manage student exchange programmes, develop and manage undergraduate general studies and Service-learning subjects, foster and maintain industrial relationships with large corporations, government bodies, NGOs and potential donors in aim to solicit support for various university initiatives and needs, responsible for branding, marketing and PR for the University in China; and manage all offshore education centres established in China.
Worked in the capacity of the Head of Sales and Marketing Department, responsible for promoting the company and her higher education programmes in Hong Kong; manage a group of education consultants providing consultation and student services to potential students.
