▪ Drafted and prepared a wide range of court pleadings for Provincial and Supreme Court matters, including applications, responses, notices of motion, affidavits (such as trial management affidavits), motions to strike, settlement agreements, case conference briefs, counsel correspondence, financial statements, bills of costs, and legal citations. ▪ Managed client relationships throughout the legal process, from initial consultations and intake interviews to final case resolution. ▪ Prepared financial disclosure and equalization of assets documentation for court submissions by reviewing tax assessments, bank statements, and other financial records, and calculating spousal and child support obligations.
▪ Drafted, reviewed, and amended all Intercompany agreements within Consumer Healthcare to support global manufacturing, supply, and distribution operations, including manufacturing, service, supply, finance, distribution, and authorization agreements. ▪ Prepared side letters, including tax termination letters, in connection with product divestments across various markets. ▪ Supported Sarbanes–Oxley audits by identifying and providing relevant agreements related to transactions such as promotional allowances, central service charges, and toll service expenses, ensuring both legal and business approvals were met. ▪ Provided legal support on trade route exceptions to ensure financial and physical product flows were compliant with contractual obligations. ▪ Collaborated with key business stakeholders, including Legal Counsel, Tax (Direct and Indirect), Trade Compliance, and Quality teams to negotiate and finalize contractual terms and conditions.
