Nieuwe ervaringen opdoen en deze delen met anderen motiveert mij elke dag weer. Met mijn enthousiasme, gedreven ambitie en doorzettingsvermogen zet ik mij in om mijzelf en vooral de mensen om mij heen te motiveren. Om hiermee een toevoeging te zijn voor mens, milieu en maatschappij is een van mijn grootste drijfveren. Met een achtergrond in de toegepaste natuurkunde en ervaring in de werktuigbouw en het management creëer ik verbinding tussen mens en techniek. Met deze ervaring zorg ik ervoor dat door middel van samenwerking, tussen zowel mensen onderling als mens en techniek, de gestelde doelstellingen worden behaald.
Supporting large-scale infrastructure projects, with a focus on hydrogen network development. I am responsible for developing and improving key project decision documents, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment across projects. I challenge assumptions, explore alternatives, and help define well-substantiated strategies by clearly outlining the “what,” “how,” and “why.” In close collaboration with subject matter experts, I translate complex input into concise, structured, and actionable plans by challenging assumptions, exploring alternatives, and promoting out-of-the-box thinking, while driving progress and maintaining focus.
Strategy • Establishing the internal Electricity Knowledge Network to bundle knowledge and expertise, identify knowledge gaps, and structurally organize knowledge sharing. • Organizing the EnergieTafels: C-level consultations between major energy companies aimed at accelerating investments in the energy transition. Responsible for internal and external communication, among others.
Stakeholder Management • Creating transparency in a portfolio of changes and initiatives, resulting in reduced noise and improved focus and efficiency within departments. • Analysis and advisory work on cooperation between stakeholder management and the emergency response organization. Result: clear frameworks, increased awareness, new training packages, and the revision of several documents. • Driver and coordinator of initiatives arising from the new WESP framework contracts.
Responsible for the development of a new webshop and the professionalization of internal business processes. • Led the design, development, and optimization of a webshop, with a focus on UX, marketing, and AI-driven data analysis. • Translating customer needs into concrete functionality; planning and supervising work according to Scrum. • Drafting documentation such as contracts, SLAs, and work instructions. • Ad interim Scrum Master. • In addition, I was active in lead generation, recruitment, and standardization of internal processes.
Responsible for the operation of multiple production lines across various factory halls. • Daily management of operators, technicians, and project teams to ensure stable and efficient production. • Optimizing processes within machines and across complete production lines. • Implementing new working methods and training employees. • Cross-departmental coordination to achieve the leanest possible production.
• Setting up a practical test for the cyclic twin bridge shear test and associated simulations. • Objective: determining material properties to optimize mass production processes.
