I work in commercial analytics at Marriott International, where I currently serve as Senior Director – Continent Analytics. Over many years with Marriott, my role has evolved from deep analytical work into a broad, end‑to‑end commercial leadership position. My work sits at the intersection of data, strategy, and execution. On any given day, I partner with hotel teams, senior leaders, regional and global stakeholders, and functional experts across revenue management, sales, marketing, finance, and technology. The common goal is simple: helping leaders make better decisions in often complex and fast‑changing market environments. What I enjoy most is the diversity of the role. It combines analytical problem‑solving with people leadership, stakeholder management, and practical commercial judgment. Over time, this has shaped me into a well‑rounded commercial leader, comfortable moving between detailed data discussions and high‑level strategic conversations, always with a focus on collaboration, clarity, and impact.
