Some organizational challenges don't come with a default playbook. Post-merger integration across multiple acquired entities or transforming in an Ai world. A product and technology organization that's grown faster than its operating model. Delivery portfolios where investment decisions lack visibility, ownership is blurred, and teams are working hard without moving in the same direction. Governance that exists on paper but doesn't drive real accountability. In these situations, experience counts for more than methodology. Knowing what good governance actually looks like when OKRs and KPI frameworks are embedded in how decisions get made and are not just reported on. Understanding how to sequence an operating model redesign without breaking delivery in the process. Recognizing when a vendor structure needs renegotiating versus when the problem is internal. These are judgment calls. They come from having navigated similar complexity before, across different organizations and different contexts. That's the thread running through 15+ years of work in digital, e-commerce, and online technology, scaling product and technology operations, leading post-merger integration, designing delivery frameworks, driving organizational transformation, managing P&L, and aligning business, product, and technology around shared priorities.
