ERB's goal is to grow M&S Mode and at least double the business. • Improve IT governance to align IT with business goals, set priorities jointly with the business and manage projects successfully. • Improve IT service to the business through implementation of service management principles and set priorities in all situations that choices have to be made; • Improve IT maturity and continuity through outsourcing of Maxeda IT-services to Capgemini • Improve supply chain flexibility through outsourcing of logistics operation and support with IT • Prepare IT application architecture for anticipated growth of MS Mode and international expansion: 1. Centralisation, replacement and consolidation of file servers and office automation. 2. Selection and implementation of ERP software (SAP R/3 and BI), within time, budget and quality agreed; 3. Replacement of Point of Sale terminals in combination with new infrastructure in shops (hardware, software and infrastructure);
Member of CIO-office. Participated in renegotiation of outsourcing contract; participated in corporate license audits. Participated in license transfers to business units. Activities ended as result of Maxeda's strategic reorientation that led to divestment of four fashion business units.
