-Designed the department strategy and action plans; -Developed programs in good governance field, civic participation and education; - Managed projects to monitor the implementation of the Association Agreement between Republic of Moldova and European Union; -Developed pilot projects to increase transparency and accountability of State-Owned Enterprise; -Chaired the Eurasia Regional Advocacy Group at Open Society Foundation Eurasia Program;
-Managed the project ""Strengthening Civil Society Organization in Gagauzia ATU"; -Prepared inception, interim, and final reports for the project; -Managed a grant program for Civil Society Organizations (CSO) from Gagauzia Autonomous Territorial Unit; -Organized a capacity building training program for CSOs from Gagauzia ATU. Project “Strengthening civil society in Gagauzia Autonomous Territorial Unit”, aim to empower local civil society actors in Gagauzia Autonomous Territorial Unit (ATU) in order to enable them to monitor and influence development priorities on local and national level and to build bridges between civil society organizations and local authorities from ATU Gagauzia and other regions of Moldova. The planned activities will help strengthen Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) in Gagauzia, allowing them to build sustainable partnerships with their counterparts from other regions of Moldova. The project contributed to a more efficient dialog and partnership between CSOs and Public Authorities in Gagauzia and improved capacities of Gagauz CSOs to conduct monitoring of public authorities' activities, and advocacy of public policies.
-Managed a grant program for civil society organizations working on anti-corruption initiatives; -Organized national and international advocacy on issues related to EU-Republic of Moldova relations; -Developed and implemented a national information campaign "Moldova, Europe" on EU-Republic of Moldova Association Agreement; -Implemented a capacity building project for the investigative journalists from Moldova; -Managed the Coalition for Integrity of Public Officials.
Prepare and present analysis and policy briefs related to national and regional security; Organize lecture for students from local universities on security topics.
