I believe researches towards developing technologies to enhance energy sources is essential to meet people’s demands and to mitigate “greenhouse gas” in the atmosphere. In addition to this, utilization of the available energy in a more efficient manner will be another important factor which plays an important role for the security of future generations. To be part of it, I have aimed to expertise on energy and power systems during my study at UCD by focusing on renewable energy and advanced power electronics. Recently, I have done with working on designing state observer to detect open circuit fault( IGBT based) in small scale modular multilevel converter for my thesis research. Since May 2016 I have been employed as production engineer at Turkish Petroleum Inc. Also, I was temporarily appointed to General Directorate of Energy Affairs by related Ministry as solar group engineer to participate in country-wide licenced and unlicenced photovoltaic module based solar projects.
