• The operational management of processes related to pricing seeds supplied by the producer according to contract terms and issuing grower receipts and carried out by the team. • Managing inventory controls via SAP to meet demands in line with AMEA & EU market requirements. Taking actions to fulfill necessary demands. • To plan the seed supply from the field to ensure the continuity of the plant and to ensure the effective and continuous operation of the plant based on quality and yield (follow KPI'S) • To follow the necessary planning and developments for the field and plant, to determine and closely follow KPIs. To organize & planing shipment, TnP and plant activities in line with the demands and to share them with the relevant department managers. • Informing the plant manager about RCCP planning and necessary stages and making quick decisions when necessary and ensuring that the relevant teams take action. Following field production legal applications as official and following W/O process to discards as seed ond non-seed material. • Monitored the supply of non-seed materials and making decisions according to the priorities by determining the appropriate methods when necessary. Conducting stock checks for seed & non-seed supply and managing the team to ensure that the used quantities are deducted from the stock.
• Working with the planning team to ensure that the necessary actions are taken on time. • Taking part in the EAME Production 5YP team and participating in efficiency and savings planning regarding field production. • Monitoring yield estimation for Turkey and managing SAP updates on time. Working with EAME Crop leads and production managers. • In Turkey, the focus is on monitoring carbon footprint during field production, optimizing nitrogen use, balancing water use and conserving water resources, following minimum tillage practices and protecting soil health.
• Responsible for organizing production activities in respective area according to the SPP. • Focus effort to increase yield and improve yield reliability to reduce costs and production risk. • To ensure that field production teams (inhouse and third party) comply with Syngenta HSE standards in my area of responsibility. • To be in constant communication with the producers and to ensure the production of seeds in accordance with standards.
