👨Clinical Responsibilities • Provides high dictated care for pediatric patients with hematological and oncological disorders. • Responds to inpatient, PICU, NICU, and emergency room consultation. • Attends morning meetings, rounds and tumor board meeting. • Provides on-call service according to organized time schedule. • Ensures completion, competencies, accuracy and eligibility of the medical record. ️🧑 Academic Responsibilities • A quality Representative for the Oncology Department. Key duties include conducting audits, training staff, analyzing metrics, and reporting findings. * Provides orientation, bedside training and supervision to residents. * Participates in Department's educational activities (journal clubs) and training programs (pediatric fellowship). * Supervise and leads research and improvement projects. * Attends national and international medical conferences and community awareness meetings.
👨Clinical Responsibilities • Provides high dictated care for patients with Pediatric Malignancy. • Responds to inpatient and emergency room consultation. • Attends weekly tumor board meeting and grand institute weekly conference. • Provides morning meetings and rounds, on-call service, and screening for the newly referred patients according to organized time schedule. • Ensures completion, competencies, accuracy and eligibility of the medical record. ️🧑 Academic Responsibilities • Provides orientation, bedside training and supervision to residents and fellows as assigned. • Participates in Department's educational activities (journal clubs) and training programs (Master degree/MD/egyptian fellowship). • Supervise and leads research projects. • Active member in the early detection and prevention of cancer national program. • Attends national and international medical conferences. • Maintains and enhances professional knowledge and continuing education requirements. • Organize and prepare clinical case scenarios for exams.
