I was responsible for Procter & Gamble LDS (Low Dollar Spend) category tenders & negotiations, supplier enrichment & price stabilization for mainlyTurkey (HQ - Gebze Plant). In this role I had chance for supporting purchasing activities for Netherlands, Belgium & UK, under the global Rainbow project. This category includes every type of needs up to $100k with an Expense and Capital spend division. I was reporting to related country manager or Europe manager directly and doted line to LDS responsible at P&G Bucharest.

Leading Purchase to Pay progress implementation to maintain sourcing strategy of materials within AOP cost, with sustainable quality, supply and service in order with PepsiCo Procedures. Long term contracts, supporting global & local projects of engineering, quality and planning teams like vendor assurance programmes or new investment & productivity projects. Decision making for supply planning via financial analysis regarding cash flow priorities. Reporting productivities and commodity purchase reports to Europe HQ. Monitor and report supplier performance in terms of supply, quality, commercial, innovation and Vendor Assurance process of Suppliers. Management and local operations of national & multi national tenders for packaging materials. Import of raw materials. Responsible of 40+ local and global supplier for; Can, pet resin, BIB bags, plastic closure, preform, corrugate, crown, glass bottle, , plastic & paper label, shrink & stretch, CO2, HFCS, crystal sugar,stevia, fruit juices,additives, finished goods with third party long term contracts.
