I have 20 years of experience in professional business life. I leaded multi-functional teams, worked in several multinational projects (FMCG + Energy + Oil & Gas) in Turkey & abroad and had experienced working with challenging teams on challenging projects. I have managed multi-cultural & multi-locational teams up to 60+ people and projects with 300+ stakeholders. I have deep knowledge on project/program management and managing separate teams in multinational organizations. I also had APO, Logistics, BW, SAC/BO, GATP, Procurement and Supply Chain Modules experience in SAP. I worked in P&G and Unilever for more than 10 years and joint SOCAR Turkiye in 2018. I started with Enterprise Applications and Data Management at 2018 and I took over Digital Transformation processes in 2024. As of 2025, I am working as Chief Digital Transformation Officer at SOCAR Global. In current role I am responsible for leading and coordinating an organization’s digital transformation strategy, digital innovation roadmap, digital portfolio and ensuring alignment with overall business goals. I am overseeing the planning, execution, and governance of digital initiatives, managing portfolios, governance, program and project management, and technology enablement and ensuring technology adoption and data-driven decision-making. Currently driving change management, fostering a digital-first culture, enhancing customer and employee experiences, and promoting innovation through emerging technologies and continuous improvement. I also have critical role in change management by supporting employee training, stakeholder engagement, and cultural transformation. By acting as a central hub, my team ensures cross-functional collaboration, monitoring progress through KPIs, and delivers long-term value from digital investments to break down silos and ensures cohesive, organization-wide digital advancement.

I am currently working as Enterprise Applications and Data Management Group Manager in SOCAR Turkey, leading a team with 20+ resources. I am currently responsible for ingesting, storing, organizing and visualizing the data created and collected by SOCAR Turkey organization and the life cycle planning of Enterprise Applications for Procurement, Supply Chain and HSE domains through the phases of strategize, architect, select, deploy, operate, evolve, and retire.
