Global Operational Excellence role focused on standardization and capability building across distribution centers. ● Drove the deployment of a global Operational Excellence framework across multiple European distribution centers. ● Worked with regional and site teams to embed standard ways of working and build internal improvement capabilities.
In-house logistics development for a ~60,000 m² logistics center within a large-scale greenfield manufacturing project in China. ● Defined end-to-end warehouse concepts and master layouts, leveraging best practices from international reference sites in Europe and South America. ● Led the logistics project scope across design and build phases, covering layout design, material flows, warehouse automation concepts, and key logistics equipment definition. ● Coordinated cross-functional stakeholders to align logistics design with construction activities, suppliers, and IT system requirements.
Operational Excellence deployment for BMW’s 25,000 m² Regional Distribution Centre, supplying ~9,000 spare parts/day across the Nordic region. ● Led multiple Lean Six Sigma initiatives, including a Black Belt project that restored performance on a critical quality KPI. ● Drove Kuehne+Nagel’s Operational Excellence initiatives on the warehouse floor through training, coaching, structured problem solving, and daily performance management routines. ● Delivered sustained cost and productivity improvements by identifying and implementing end-to-end logistics optimization opportunities.
