As the Area Recruitment & Saudization Manager, I am responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of Saudization programs and recruitment strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals and Saudi Aramco requirements. Key responsibilities: > Strategic oversight of Saudization and IKTVA programs across departments and projects, ensuring targets are met and coordinating with senior leadership for effective implementation and continuous improvement. > Forecasting and managing manpower requirements on a quarterly and annual basis, aligning workforce planning with business needs and project demands. > Leading the management of recruitment efforts, identifying key vacant positions, prioritizing recruitment of Saudi nationals, and ensuring compliance with Aramco’s Saudization. > Developing and executing strategies to improve Saudization percentages and IKTVA scores, including collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and achieve measurable results. > Overseeing training initiatives, including in-house programs and strategic partnerships with local institutes, ensuring alignment with project requirements, and promoting career development through salary adjustments and benefits enhancements to improve retention. > Managing the deployment and development of Saudi nationals by ensuring their recruitment, training, and performance align with company objectives. > Directing the recruitment process at job fairs, on social media platforms, and through local agencies, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates, while also establishing university partnerships for future talent sourcing > Managing retention strategies, recommending salary revisions, adjusting benefits packages, and implementing performance-based incentives to retain top-performing Saudi employees. > Providing strategic insights and reports on Saudization progress, presenting regular updates to senior leadership to ensure alignment with company goals and KPIs.
