My role and responsibilities include: • Product Owner (5 models of Rooftop Packaged Units and Remote Condensers). • Completing products competitive analysis. • Analyzing market and industry trends. • Developing high-quality product designs. • Initiating products catalogs, manual and database. • Generating BOM via ERP (Oracle). • Providing technical support to sales, maintenance and production teams. • Overseeing the product manufacturing process. • Troubleshooting issues and improving product performance. • Initiating new cost reduction ideas.
Internship was on two different projects in Saudi Arabia: • 56 Inches Pipeline Construction (UBTG 1) in” Shedgum” (130 km south of Dammam) for 8 weeks. • Gas wells Installation in “Hawiyah” (240 km south of Dammam) for 2 weeks.
